I made quilts for the two girls that I've nannied for the last two years. Hopefully they will be able to enjoy them for many years!

Here's some finished and in progress rugs. Most of them are made using the "Toothbrush" or "Amish knot" technique. One of the rugs in progress is made from hooking fabric strips into burlap

Diamond kid quilt

Made for a dear friend who is adopting from China. I used the "gemology" quilt pattern and embroidered lightning bolts around the diamonds.

I wished on the Moon

Made a cute mini quilt for a library fundraiser! Machine appliquéd, hand quilted and handstiched with details.

Clamshell Quilt

First time sewing a curved piecing quilt! Made for a friend who's getting married in May. I decided to use fleece on the back with no batting and hand quilt the whole thing together.
