A random assortment of things

This is my new favorite thing, a little mushroom I knitted. I call it Miki. :) Another odd thing about me is that I like to decorate envelopes, don't ask me why. Here's a bunch I recently did.

This is a really bad picture , but these are the capris pants I was writing about. I warned you that you would see this fabric a lot.

B-day gifts

I doodled this for my friend Katie's B-day. I also made a little zippy pouch and a necklace, but I forgot to take a picture of the necklace. I made capris out of the same fabric for my little sister's B-day. I really like this fabric and it was only $2 a yard. You'll probably see a lot of it in the future!

A little sewing, a little knitting

Here are the pj short's I was writing about. I want to make a few more pairs, but I haven't gotten around to it. Plus, its been kind of chilly here, so wearing shorts isn't very appealing. These are the socks I'm knitting. I love this yarn! Its so fun to knit with and so soft.

Little doodle

Just a small doodle I did not too long ago.  Hmm...lets see, what else have I been working on. I finished my scrapbook from long ago. I've been knitting a lot lately. I started a sock and its almost done. I  also want to sew some summer pjs, so hopefully I'll have pictures of those and my knitting.

Holy Crap.

These were the words I uttered as I opened the huge package of scrapbook stuff that Katie from  Quietly going mad  sent me. Layers upon layers of scrap-booking paper, stickers, rub-ons, embellishments. Everything, you name it, its in there.  She was so very generous in sending me all this amazing scrap-booking stuff! I am so inspired to start something right now! Thanks again Katie!
