I love hexagon quilts. I've always admired the vintage quilts I've found when browsing through antiques stores. I decided to make my own version using vintage sheets and larger hexagon template.
Paper-piecing and hand sewing this quilt is going to be years in the making, especially since I want to make it queen size.
I love working on this and seeing the bright colors come together

It's gorgeous! English Paper Piecing is a favorite of mine. I've been patchworking (on the sewing machine) with some vintage sheets, too -- love it!
