Large Mushroom Plushies

 Made some large size mushrooms this past week. I've made a lot of smaller versions of these, but I thought it was high time I added some large ones to the shop.

This one is just asking to be cuddled. 

Custom Orders

 Over the last 6 months or so I've had some custom orders on Etsy. I had a request for a Iron man inspired jellyfish complete with an apple. (heaven knows why) I also had someone request a purple jellyfish with orange eyes. Which turned out super adorable.

Below is a knightly dinosaur complete with sword ready to fight deadly foes.

Kudos to the girl who asked for the dino, tons of creative idea points go to her. 

A lavender top hat wearing octopus was requested as well, cause why not?

Giant Octopus!

 Had someone contact me on Etsy and ask for a custom GIANT octopus. This was a ridiculously big project for me, but I love the end result. Hands down the biggest plushie I've ever made!

 Now just to ship this beast!

 Got a custom order for a purple octopus. Hope this little fella goes to a lovely home.

Sun Power 2x

 It wasn't too long after I posted my first sun plushie on Etsy, that I got a request for two suns. The woman ordering them asked if one of the suns could be more girly and the other more boyish, as she was purchasing them for her son and daughter.

Mushroom Rattle

The plethora of baby showers happening in my church sparked a need for a new baby item. My mom knit a lovely baby sweater and asked if I could make a mushroom rattle to go with it. The rattle was well received at the shower and lo, requests for baby rattles are coming in. I'll soon have a listing for the rattle in my shop available in four colors, so stay posted.

Happy Valentine's Day!

Here is a little winged octopi sending some Valentines love your way. He's even got some fleece hearts to throw at you if you aren't in the spirit of the day.

 The Hon Solo one was my own invention, I know, impressive. Don't clap too loud guys, the neighbors    will think you're strange. 

Classic Zuko one as well, because we all need a little Avatar in our life. (No I'm not talking about blue people) 

Adventure Time Plushies

SO....it's been awhile...is there anyone still out there?  Someone recently pointed out I haven't posted in awhile (cough)Nina(cough) so here I go again trying to post regularly. I've been up to my usual crafty shenanigans, making plushies, collaging and every once and awhile quilts. Here is my latest plushie. Beemo! 

I am assuming most of you won't know this character from the show "Adventure time" but he's a pretty cute character and probably my favorite besides lumpy space princess. Yeah, I made a plushie of her too.

New plushies

So I've been trying to explore making other plushies besides octopuses, so I've been experimenting 

I was trying to make a bowl of ramen but it turned into a turtle :)

I also made a rather odd looking squid.....

A Plethora of mushrooms!

So I've been busy making mushroom-y things. Such as some plushies and I framed a mushroom embroidery I made. I've been making the plushies in the expectancy of opening my shop in the near future. 

What can I say? I love mushrooms!
