Solid Log Cabin Quilt

 I saw this quilt block on pinterest awhile ago and knew right away I wanted to make a quilt with this design. I made this particular quilt for a friends birthday, but I am determined to make another one for myself. It just came out so pretty!

 The back was made up from scraps and a couple blocks I made from leftover solids. I am particularly fond of the pixel-ish block on the left.

 *sigh* So pretty.

 Quilt for my nephew who's due in December. My sister asked for a pretty simplistic quilt, so solid colors and herringbone was the result
